New Era Au first opened in 2022 with the aim of providing outstanding cleaning services to the community – especially the aged care sector. 

As a family owned business, the team at New Era Au weave the company’s values of professionalism, honesty and integrity into every job – led and inspired by Director, Steven Bikicki.

Steven entered the cleaning industry just seven years ago – perfecting his craft through hard work and experimenting with a variety of different equipment and practices. 

These practices are now incorporated into New Era Au’s everyday services to deliver the highest of standards, with Steven building a close-knit business where positive customer relationships are paramount. 

Inspired through his work in aged care, and following the pandemic, Steven wanted to make a difference to the wider community – and build a ‘new era’ of cleaning. 

New Era Au has the flexibility of creating bespoke and tailored solutions to suit every business and individual’s needs, from commercial and hospitality cleaning, to COVID-19 related clean-ups.

Our cleaning staff are experienced, reliable and are equipped with the correct training to deliver quality and client satisfaction. All our staff are fully vaccinated and police checked.
